Welcome to The Lucky Soul Blog!

We have now been in our new location almost a month, and have just had our first little get-to-know-us-in-Woodbridge type Open House party.  Thanks to everyone who came through and checked out our new shop, drank some wine and shared in some cheese and laughs (or cheesy laughs… one or the other).

*Our New Address is:
214 Amity Road, 2nd Floor, Suite A (just above Subway)
Woodbridge, CT  06525
203.397.5825

The crew is very happy here at our new home in Woodbridge.  We enjoy a view of West Rock each day out of the windows, and we are close to many good sandwich joints as well as other miscellaneous goodies that this area has to offer.  Plus, the shop is now easier to get to, since we are located on Rt 63, just off the Merritt Parkway (Exit 59), or you can even get to us by Rt 114, Rt 243 or Rt 67 – so many options!

As well as our nice new location, the move also brought us another great addition – our good friend Michele has joined the ranks here at Lucky Soul, which makes the days even more fun.  Michele is a great artist as well as wonderful person, we are very lucky to get to work with such a close friend of ours every day!  Jim and I are still here, slinging away day and night, slaves to the needle as always…  which brings the old crew back together again –  Jim worked with Michele in the late 90’s for many years, and I even worked with them as well back in the day, down at The Edge Tattoo in downtown New Haven – We’re getting the band back together, man!   Meg also came along for the ride to Woodbridge too, she is still here to give you those great tattoos as always – and who could forget about young Kyle, who  is still here taking abuse and appointments at the new shop every day…not always on time, but hes almost always here…

Ok…kind of a boring first post to the new blargh, but I wanted to get everyone acquainted with some changes here at LST -all for the best of course, and we couldnt be happier.  So please, stop down sometime and check out our new shop.  Jim and I worked really hard to create a super chill atmosphere so that each client can feel at home while getting tattooed… I mean heck, we even have a coffee bar now!  Whats better than that!!?

Thanks for checking in folks, be sure to keep an eye out for more interesting tidbits of blog knowledge in the future.
Until then…
